Easy No-Bake Vegan Cheesecake Bars

You’re sitting in your NYC apartment staring at your little NYC kitchen and feeling inspired….or you’re sitting in your June Home staring at your gigantic chef’s kitchen. (hehe.) Either way, you’re feeling inspired. Maybe you’re allergic to dairy. Maybe, for reasons unbeknown to me, you’ve chosen a life of veganism. Or maybe you saw my pic of these cheesecake bars and felt an overwhelming need to make them immediately. Whatever your reasons are, this recipe is easy to make and easy on the tummy.

That being said! You will need a food processor and a hand mixer. Thankfully, June Homes kitchens are always stocked with the best.


For the base:

  • 1 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1 1/2 walnuts
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp honey

Blend in food processor until dough forms.

For the filling:

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup almond cream

Whip with hand mixer until a creamy consistency forms. Pour the filling over your base and freeze for 30 minutes. Feel free to drizzle over melted dairy-free dark chocolate of your choosing. Enjoy!
