Hello, I’m Arun Prasad, the CEO of Block Convey, a firm dedicated to assisting digital enterprises in navigating the blockchain ecosystem seamlessly. My entire entrepreneurial journey intertwines uniquely with June Homes, and I’m here to share that experience.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

JH:<\/strong> Can you describe your experience in finding an apartment before you came<\/strong> across June Homes?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arun:<\/strong> Embarking on my U.S. journey as an immigrant student during the pandemic posed unique challenges, particularly in apartment hunting from India amidst global shutdowns. Though I lacked prior experience in finding apartments, my subsequent endeavors proved far more complicated than my initial interactions with June Homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arun:<\/strong> My interaction with the June Homes team stood out due to their responsiveness despite the geographical distance. The platform provided a trustworthy marketplace that aligned places within my budget and desired locations, assuring safety through verified company profiles and professional identity verification (KYC) practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JH: How did your experience with June Homes compare to any past experiences with renting or co-living?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arun:<\/strong> June Homes has been my sole co-living experience. Its flexibility stands out \u2013 the ability to move among June Homes buildings since agreements are with the entity, not the specific home. Their adaptability extended to various payment types and schedules, simplifying my living arrangements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arun:<\/strong> My experience with June Homes has been such a wonderful experience. As an immigrant student at a new city, safety would be the primary concern. June Homes made me feel safe and I really felt comfortable at the home.
As the roommates were not decided by us or in our friend circle, I really loved the excitement to meet new people. My roommates taught me lot. I had founders and tech experts as roommates which led me to my passion of starting my own startup. Moreover, I met my co-founder through June Homes. He moved into my apartment when I left, me keeping in touch with the other roommates helped me find the right person to start my startup journey with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
