How It Works
1. Refer a Friend
Know someone looking for a place to live? Just email us at ambassadors@junehomes.com and CC your friend — or have them mention your name when they sign up.
2. They Sign a Lease
Your friend must sign a lease with June Homes within 30 days and complete their upfront payments.
3. You Get Paid
Earn up to $400 per referral, based on the city and lease length.
4. Repeat & Earn More
Refer up to 4 people per calendar year and get rewarded for each.
- Former tenants or external referrers get a cash payout
- Current tenants get rent credit

How and When You Get Paid
If lease is < 3 months:
- You get paid after they sign and complete their first month’s payment.
If lease is ≥ 3 months:
- You get paid after they sign, stay 2 full months, and are up to date on payments.
Who Can Join
- Anyone 18+ — you don’t need to be a June Homes tenant.
- Current & former tenants are welcome to refer.
- External referrers (friends, influencers, fans) can join too!
Not allowed:
- Self-referrals (you can’t refer yourself under another account or email).
- Combining this offer with other June Homes promotions or discounts.
