Can I visit the property before renting?
Sure you can! Once your application has been approved you can schedule to visit up to 2 properties! Kindly note that you will only be able to see all shared spaces and vacant rooms – if a room is occupied we will not be able to show it.
Are there any additional fees or charges?
There are no additional fees or charges other than what we will communicate to you during your application. You will know exactly what to expect on a monthly basis before you sign an agreement with us, with the exception of the utility bills which are based on consumption!
