    After you fill out our property submission form below, we will do our homework, checking your property on public records and verify all existing property photos and floorplans.

  2. On-site visit, and review.

    Our professional architect and design team will visit your property to preform measurements, and a physical inspection of the property. This is also a great way for you as a landlord to meet a representative of June, and ask questions about us.

  3. Sign and execute the agreement, furnish and then launch.

    June will send you an agreement to be signed, which can be done remotely or in person. After picking up a copy of the key and getting access to the property June will ship furniture and launch the new location!
